A chronology of deception 1) The invisible sun ---- felt in breaths, whispers and silent mornings; bright, blooming, being. (The sun can’t grow anything alone, hoarse from silence. A minor world that welcomes those who come.) 2) The invisible sun ---- devoid of reason, still dreamt of in air, wind, and water (that gave a fading moment of life) (Movement off of center; from down left to the upper right ---- balance shifts but gravity is constant.) 3) The invisible sun ---- devoid, empty, ague; still burning tired eyes ---- alive, wide, screaming. (Somewhere in the distance hides a reason, but not for weary eyes. The dream changes, now placid, idiomatic, pre-empt, true.) 4) The invisible sun ---- devoid? Somewhere still devoid. Thus being devoid, invisible. Then believing, not dreaming, drinking or dying; how can the invisible be believed? (Last midnight The sweet song called morning An instigator of the living Tricked into being) 5) The invisible sun ---- with no need to hide from anybody searching ---- trying to rule by saying ‘you are right’ ----- believing a fading dream, going to reinvent it. (New song, rhythm cogent; calling me to dance the bottles back to sand, their mysterious cousin. Freedom to let the dream rise and retreat.) 6) The invisible sun ---- always right behind us. Can we turn our backs now? Face strong eyes to the darkness? And look through the rest of the world invisible as we? (Evening; grief, giving up with a thank-you; the magic if hovering like a storm cloud ---- starting to crawl from the bottom ---- smiling freedom when you smile.)
