So we slow cooked a pork shoulder all day, rubbed with some chili, garlic and onion powders with Brown Sugar.
Once it was done (about 6 hours at 250) we built our sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls with our sauce (BBQ with a little pineapple juice added) and a carrot/purple cabbage shred on top.
We took Romaine, cucumbers, pineapple chunks and Mandarin orange slices for the salad.
The pork took forever, but you can by precooked, unsauced meat in the lunch meat section of your grocery.
