Bread pork chops (Dredge pork in flour, dip in egg whites, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere; place on a wire rack.) and fry in your Cast Iron with a little Oil.

Once the chops are browned on both sides remove and hold in a 200 degree oven

Add 1 large onion sliced, a package of baby Bella’s sliced, clove or two smashed garlic and a little sugar into the pan you cooked Chops in. Let them go on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes then add a cup of stock a little at a time until a deep rich brown color.
